I purchase these caps for work. I was allowed to wear a ballcap as long as it didn't have a logo on it. This is more for a pro look and to show that the company isn't endorsing or has a relationship with a team like the Chargers. The caps are high quality rivaling All-stars. The strap is velcro and adjustable. It's stiff and formed. The price was very reasonable. I ordered three
I only added this to my cart because I needed something low priced to reach the free shipping quota. So I wasn't expecting much. I was delightfully surprised to find that this hat, for being SO cheap, was actually of excellent quality and very well made.
