In an effort to close the consumer loop by diverting worn-out clothing from the landfill, i play EcoFleece is made from recycled polyester fibers with 65% post-consumer fleece content. The old polyester fibers are broken down and re-spun into like-new fleece to keep tots warm when it's cold outside. Compared to developing polyester materials from petroleum, this system reduces energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 80%.

The hat is really cute, the material is very soft and it covers the ears. My only problem is the size. I ordered infant since it says infant is for 0-6 months old. But when the hat came, it says that it is for 6-18 months old. So I have to return it and definitely will order the smaller size for my baby. THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT, JUST BE CAREFUL ABOUT THE SIZE.
Purchased this hat for my 7 month old daughter. The fit is perfect. Its soft, covers the ears, forehead, and part of cheeks. The closure keeps it in place, plus is easy off/on. Bonus that it is evironmentally smart due to the use of recycled fleece.
