Wouldn't call it high-end on material or construction, but it's a lot more hat than you'd expect for $3.75 (what i paid here).
I just wanted a generic hat that I can throw over my head so I don't have to worry about fixing my hair if I have to make a quick run.
That's pretty much what this hat is. It also fits unevenly. Obviously, this thing was not constructed very well, but I didn't expect that it would.
